Just your typical Tuesday night. Champagne, models and the fabulous new AW12 collection from Marks & Spencer. I actually feel like the luckiest girl in the world being given the privilege to attend such amazing shows.
The evening kicked off with some hot chocolate and a good old gossip at The Bailey Bar, Dublin, with Avril, Rebecca and Mags. It was a delight to listen to each others experience within the world of fashion and the media. Around seven, we moved to Marks & Spencer’s stunning roof top restaurant were we were presented with Champagne and of course, M&S’s amazing food!
As the DJ began to spin the tunes, stunning models walked the runway in thee most beautiful Autumn/Winter clothes I have ever seen. From Military Coats to Sequin Dresses, there is a little something for every fashionista.
I loved how vibrant and youthful the outfits were. I really liked this one in particular as it reminds me so much of the 80’s. It is a daring outfit but I just love the shade of blue. It would be fabulous for dinner and drinks with the ladies.
I feel head over heels in love with this dress. It’s very Alexa Chung. I just adore it! The material looks super soft and comfortable. Bold prints and Peter Pan collars are still huge right now. A winning combination I think!
Like I’ve said, sequins played a large part in their latest collection. From twinkling tops to colourful coats, it is a glamorous range. Yet so practical. Honestly, I saw my entire Winter Wardrobe flash before my eyes and I can tell you it has set my pulse racing. Ladies the best advice I can give you is to run (stylishly of course!) to your nearest M&S and snap up these key piece’s before they sell out.
Thank you so much to Rebecca and the girls for a great evening and of course Marks & Spencer for inviting me to such a magnificent event!
