OOTD -River Island

Another OOTD blog post for today. I treated myself to this fabulous snake print waterfall jacket from River Island and I want to share it with all of you. I wore it to dinner on Friday night and it was such a comfortable and effortless piece to style and wear.

I decided to pair it with my velvet print leggings from Topshop, (I’ve become obsessed with them), along with my strap sandals and chiffon blouse.

Hope you all had an amazing weekend.

Belated OOTD

I know this is a late post, but, better late than never, right? Last week I went out for a few cocktails and needless to say, the weather was horrible.

Lots of wind and rain created a slight panic for me when it came to deciding what to wear. I know I wanted to stay warm and dry, but, obviously I wanted to make a little effort.

I opted for my new favourite cut out boots from New Look (which only cost me £12!) paired with my velvet leggings from Topshop and my animal print blouse from Warehouse.

I topped it off with my fabulous faux fur gillet also from Topshop and wine coloured tote. It was such a comfortable look to wear in that disgusting weather!  🙂

Have a great weekend. Happy Friday. ♥

Nailing It At Christmas

A few days before the Christmas period, I took a trip to visit the lovely Alica from Bliss Beauty Room. To be honest, I’m not usually one for getting my nails ‘did’, however this year I thought I’d give it a go and I’m happy that I did.

Even though the polish had not been applied at this point, I can’t help but love this nude and natural colour.

I opted for a deep Christmas red colour for obvious reasons. I’m surprised at how easy the nails are to manage and I love the colour, it goes with everything. They feel as light as a feather and are extremely comfortable to wear.

I’m definitely going to continue maintaining them. It’s safe to say I’ve become addicted! 🙂

Thanks Alicia for my beautiful nails ♥

Sweet like Candy

Last night I took a trip over to the Abbey Centre in Newtonabbey. I was meeting up with a friend and needed to purchase a few last minute Christmas gifts.

While walking through the centre, I came across a little craft stand that belonged to a girl who made handmade unique and adorable candy jewellery. There were some custard creams, dolly mixtures and old school lollipops designs available.

I decided to buy this retro spiral sweet lollipop that has pretty pink, green and white shades running throughout it. The best part about it was the fact that this quirky necklace only cost me £5. Bargain! 🙂

Anywho, hope you’re all having a great week. Happy hump day!
