Can you tell I’m obsessed with this house and the pretty floral backdrop?! If I could build my dream home, this would be it. I’m a sucker for beautiful houses, incredible interior and vibrant gardens. I’m down in Kerry at the moment and I couldn’t resist shooting here. The weather hasn’t been too bad, it’s quite warm so I opted for something light with a lot of movement and a little drama. The netural tones are firm favourites for this typical Irish weather (we can get four seasons in one day) and I loved the combination of details. I was actually ill when I was shooting this and it was a disaster trying to look and smile for the camera. My eyes were watering so bad and I felt horrendous so if I look drunk in any of the photos you’ll know what the craic is!
I can still remember the first encounter I had with luxury jewellery brand, Pandora. We were just coming into the Summer month’s when I was invited to brunch for a private viewing of their Rose Gold collection. Fast forward two years and I’m still head over heals in love with the pieces now as I was then. My Pandora collection is growing by the day and I’m excited to welcome this majestic ‘Hearts of Pandora’ necklace to the family. I have a love for hollow circle jewellery and this little beauty is one of a kind. It features a detailed print of the Pandora logo on the back which can be worn as a second option. I often wear it as a stand alone piece or mix it with various necklaces that I have. For today I decided to keep all jewellery dedicated to Pandora in order to share the entire collection with all of you.
At the start of May I took a much needed trip down to my second home, County Kerry. It’s without a doubt the most peaceful and picturesque part of Ireland to visit. I spent all of my summer holidays there as a child and now I have family living in The Kingdom. The weather was AMAZING and I made the most of it by revisiting my favourite spots around Killarney. There are so many incredible sights to see and Ross Castle was top of my list. The sun was shinning but there was a refreshing cool breeze making my outfit choice simple. I have been OBSESSED with my Oriental inspired bomber jacket, I literally cannot stop wearing it. Not only are the exotic prints a majestic feature but the material is light yet keeps you warm at the same time. I love those kind of clothes and it always reminds me of Irish mummies when they say, “Make sure you bring a light jacket with you. That one cloud in the sky is looking angry”.
FINALLY… I’m back with a style feature for all of you lovelies. Between the gloomy weather and finding someone who is good at shooting looks, it can be a challenge to post. If you follow me on Instagram, then you’ll know that last week I was down in County Kerry. I spent a few days in the glorious sunshine by the famous, Killarney Lakes. It was an incredibly relaxing break and I made the most of the sunshine. Although that’s probably our summer over now as the Irish weather is never kind.
Things have been somewhat busy for me so apologies for the lack of posts. I’ve been quiet on most of my social media accounts but I’m starting to get back into the swing of things. Today is all about my favourite visual platform, Instagram. I’m sharing a variety of my favourite shots from longer than one week ago as I was wanting to feature a post for all of you today.
